Maintenance Technician Experienced for Larchwood Care

Larchwood Care, an outstanding healthcare and rehabilitation facility nestled in the heart of Northeast Ohio, is dedicated to providing unparalleled care to our residents while fostering a dynamic and fulfilling workplace environment for our staff. Conveniently located at 4110 Rocky River Drive in Cleveland, OH. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. Our facilitites include include an 80-bed skilled nursing facility and a 95-bed Assisted Living Facility.

Duties:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
  • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills:

  • Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to maintenance work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and provide clear instructions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
