Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team . This role is essential in driving business growth in our Electrical division through effective territory management and relationship building with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and a passion for technology solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and closing sales while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals within assigned territories.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling efforts.
- Manage existing accounts while nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our technology solutions.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
- Provide insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote products and expand professional connections.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments with a focus on technology or technical sales.
- Strong account management skills with a track record of successful territory management.
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales performance and customer interactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales data and market trends.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is advantageous.

Base Salary plus COMMISSION
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70, $90,000.00 per year
