What You'll Do:

  • Lead a talented team to deliver an elevated, detail-focused guest experience every night.
  • Partner with culinary leadership to align service with a world-class food and beverage program.
  • Manage all aspects of operations including P&L, budgets, scheduling, and labor efficiency.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing staff while cultivating a culture of excellence, warmth, and accountability.
  • Ensure every service, from the first greeting to the final course, reflects Michelin-level precision.
