Job Description

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Sales Training & Enablement Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with VAS go-to-market priorities.
    • Create engaging training content, including playbooks, messaging guides, competitive positioning, and process documentation.
    • Design and manage a structured training calendar covering onboarding, product launches, and ongoing development.
    • Deliver programs tailored for both generalist and specialist sellers across Issuing, Acceptance, and Rais business lines.

  • Sales Process Enablement:

    • Define and document sales processes, ensuring clarity on positioning, pricing, and selling VAS offerings.
    • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure enablement programs align with seller workflows and priorities.
  • Demand Generation & Lead Process Support:

    • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to ensure sellers understand lead management and demand generation processes.
    • Provide training on pipeline management best practices to improve conversion and efficiency.
  • Product Lifecycle Readiness:

    • Support PLM activities by ensuring training content and enablement programs are aligned with product launch timelines.
    • Coordinate with Product and Marketing teams to incorporate new features and updates into training materials.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Gather feedback from sellers and managers to refine training programs and improve effectiveness.
    • Use data and analytics to measure enablement impact and drive enhancements.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.  ​

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles, preferably in technology or payments.

Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs for B2B sales teams.

Strong understanding of sales processes and what sellers need to succeed.

Skilled in creating engaging content and leveraging digital tools for training delivery.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience managing calendars and logistics.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and collaborate across multiple teams.

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 188,400.00 to 273,250.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
