Our established dental office has proudly served the community for over 30 years, providing high-quality care with a personal, compassionate touch. We are now seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Lead Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team.

Position Overview
As the Lead Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining efficient clinical operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, organized, and experienced dental assistant who thrives in a leadership capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures
- Lead and support a team of dental assistants and coordinate daily clinical flow
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
- Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene practices
- Manage inventory of clinical supplies and ensure rooms are stocked
- Support the front desk with patient communication as needed
- Help maintain a calm, professional, and patient-focused atmosphere
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a dental assistant
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership or team coordination experience preferred
- Proficiency in taking X-rays and working with dental software (e.g., Dentrix)
- Radiology certification and any required local certifications
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
