Member Services Account Manager
.

Position Overview

The Member Services Account Manager is responsible for managing property and casualty coverage programs for Catholic institutions. This role involves coordinating all areas of coverage, serving as a client liaison, and cultivating strong member relationships. You'll work closely with senior leaders and provide day-to-day servicing, problem-solving, and analysis of unique coverage programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate property and casualty coverage programs
  • Serve as the primary liaison for Catholic institutions and senior leaders
  • Maintain positive client relationships and respond to servicing needs
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide tailored solutions
  • Analyze and support unique coverage programs across member organizations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in property and casualty insurance preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to travel (approximately 10%)
  • Professional insurance designation preferred but not required
