Target Range:

$120,000.00/Yr. - $150,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with Consumer Bank objectives
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to support strategic and operational initiatives
• Deliver executive-ready insights and narratives that influence decision-making at the highest level

Analytics & Insights

• Design and implement advanced dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor client behavior, risk, and financial performance
• Prepare presentations for executive leadership on strategic planning, product recommendations, competitor analysis, and market trends

Innovation & Team Development

• Mentor and develop a team of high performing analysts
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, champion AI and machine learning use cases, and drive adoption of advanced analytics capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of recent experience in strategy, analytics, pricing, or BI roles
• Consumer banking or fintech experience preferred
• Proven expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and data management within financial services
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset with operational execution capability
