Your Mission:
As
Regional Office Sales Manager
, you'll LEAD our Lenexa office. You'll be responsible for:
- Building and managing a high-performing team
- Driving office profitability
- Recruiting, interviewing, and mentoring staff
- Booking freight, quoting, and negotiating rates
- Developing local marketing and sales strategies
- Managing a book of business exceeding $1M annually
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of management experience
- Logistics/transportation industry knowledge
- Sales, marketing, and customer service expertise
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
- Higher education preferred, but not required
