Summary
*About the job*
The Quality Operation Analyst will establish and maintain strategies for analyzing internal and external data from various sources to ensure ongoing Quality Operations and drive continuous improvement in the company's Quality Management processes.

The Quality Operation Analyst individual will lead the development, execution, and continued oversight of best-in-class Analytics strategies across the Franke Supply Chain. This role will manage key Analytics programs such as the COPQ Dashboard, quality reporting and the corporate reporting system. This individual will have visibility to and participate in sector and corporate wide Analytics/Metrics initiatives.

*Your tasks
Essential Duties And Responsibilites*

  • Identify key sources of internal and external quality systems and Quality Operations data and establish processes to collect and analyze this data in the Quality Environment.
  • Improve, integrate & institutionalize Franke Quality Operations metrics and analysis
  • Scan the internal and external Quality Operation environments for best practice trends, and use this information to shape quality Operation projects and strategy
  • Lead the data gathering and remediation process across Supply Chain.
  • Establish Quality Operation dashboard metrics, maintain dashboard, and provide the business with information necessary to improve performance against dashboard where necessary
  • Conduct trend analysis within and across quality sub-systems data
  • Provide analysis and regulatory intelligence as inputs into Management Reviews
  • Perform focused research and analysis on specific issues as required
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for summary reports of data
  • Research and report on industry Quality trends (e.g., recalls, enforcement action, etc.)
  • Provide business case development for Quality Operation initiatives as needed
  • Provide applicable change management for the Leadership teams across the Supply Chain
  • Independently analyze data, identify trends, formulate and implement corrective action to improve overall quality systems compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Apply appropriate KPI tools/ systems/ processes to meet department goals and objectives
  • Travel within the U.S. and globally
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Very High Reasoning Ability
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

High Math Skills
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Computer Skills
- Advanced Excel skills

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Education: B.S in Engineering, scientific/statistical discipline or applicable degree, master's degree preferred

Black Belt/Green Belt Process Excellence/Six Sigma training and certification preferred

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Quality Environmental or adequate business.

Education or training in the use of Probabilities and Statistics

Strong understanding of quality, business and financial metrics is required.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Experience with Tableau, Power Bi, and SQL strongly preferred

Does not directly supervise staff
