Responsibilities:
- Own the
full sales cycle
—prospecting, pipeline building, negotiations, and closing. - Identify and target high-value accounts in B2B SaaS markets.
- Build and nurture
strong client and partner relationships
that drive long-term revenue. - Develop and execute creative outreach campaigns to capture opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on
go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and pricing
. - Provide client insights to inform product development and marketing.
- Use CRM and automation tools to
track engagement, optimize pipelines, and drive efficiency
. - Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets while helping scale the business.
Must-Have Skills:
- 4+ years of
B2B SaaS sales or business development experience
. - Proven ability to
build pipelines and close deals from 0 to 1
. - Exceptional
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
. - Self-starter with
entrepreneurial energy
, thriving in fast-paced startup environments. - Proficiency with
CRM and sales automation tools
(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience selling software or technology solutions to
PropTech, real estate, or property management clients
. - Exposure to
enterprise and SMB account management
. - Previous
startup or high-growth SaaS experience
