Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our Riverside team. This role provides hands-on exposure to daily operations, team coordination, client support, and leadership development.

You will work alongside experienced managers across various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of logistics operations, performance standards, problem-solving strategies, and workforce management.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training program covering logistics operations, workflow optimization, customer coordination, and team leadership.

  • Support operational planning, scheduling, and quality control across assigned departments.

  • Assist supervisors and managers in leading teams, maintaining productivity, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

  • Contribute to process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and internal reporting.
