About the Role

We're looking for a
Growth Marketing Manager
to drive 0-1 growth for our next-generation AI infrastructure and Gen AI platforms across both B2B and B2C markets. This role blends product marketing, user growth, and GTM strategy to scale adoption from developers to creators, from enterprise users to the broader ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product and engineering to craft go-to-market (GTM) strategies, positioning, and messaging for AI-native platforms (GenAI, inference, or PaaS).
  • Lead growth experiments and campaigns to drive acquisition, activation, and retention across 2B and 2C audiences.
  • Build and manage ecosystem partnerships, community programs, and event activations to accelerate brand reach.
  • Own user and revenue growth metrics, leveraging data insights to guide strategy and improve conversion.
  • Translate complex AI and cloud technologies into clear product narratives and market stories.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of
    experience in growth or product marketing
    at a SaaS, AI, or developer platform company.
  • Proven 0→1 growth experience — taking a new product from launch to scale.
  • Strong understanding of AI / Gen AI products, developer ecosystems, or PaaS models.
  • Analytical and creative — comfortable running experiments, measuring outcomes, and iterating quickly.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams and fast-moving environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with community programs and event activations.
  • Ability to translate complex technologies into clear narratives.
