Qualifications
Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Additional Requirements

Experience

Prior specific functional responsibilities: Minimum of 1 year experience driving process improvement initiatives required. Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a Healthcare Environment, Surgical environment highly preferred. Prior experience coordinating work teams is necessary. Proven proficiency in general computing software (i.e. MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project) is required. .

Preferred experience: Experience in quality management and performance improvement.
