We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative and office support tasks, ensuring efficient operations. This is an hourly position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage all lien paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process vehicle releases.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Perform a weekly bank deposit and reconcile records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Office Suite).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
