MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE – FLEXIBLE OPPORTUNITY Occupational Therapists (OTs) & Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) – Home Health (PRN)Empower Lives Through Occupational Therapy

Varco Home Health is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our dedicated team of professionals.

This PRN opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work—helping patients regain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Position Type:

  • PRN / Contract (1099)
  • YOU create your own schedule – work when it suits you

Pay Range:

  • $50- 70 per visit

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services based on individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and families on strategies to enhance safety and daily function at home
  • Assess progress, adjust care plans, and track outcomes
  • Travel to patients' homes to provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy

Requirements:

For OTs:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Texas OT license
  • Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation

For COTAs:

  • Active Texas COTA license
  • Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation

All Candidates Must Have:

  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
