Opportunity Snapshot:

  • Compensation: $50-55/hour
  • Location: Carlsbad, NM
  • Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+
  • Assignment Duration: Long term

Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to executive or senior-level individuals
  • Responsibilities include managing and screening calls, scheduling meetings and coordinating schedules, making travel and meeting arrangements, creating correspondence, and preparing reports and financial data
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as necessary
  • Interfaces with resources across departments and represents the executive officer in a highly professional manner
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are mandatory
  • Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position
  • Able to manage, train, and mentor other office staff, lead projects, and handle confidential and sensitive data
  • The nature of the job is generally creating rather than maintaining, and developing rather than monitoring
Qualifications
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
  • Proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), Power BI
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
