Among the key duties of the position are the following:Oversees the daily operation of ODASIS, both the Busch and Livingston Offices, including the development, implementation, and assessment of established programs designed to enhance the academic success of students.Supervises and trains Assistant Director, Developmental Specialists and Program Coordinator to ensure quality of the educational programs provided.Oversees student recruitment and retention efforts including development of individual student tracking method for student progress and development and administration of needs assessments of ODASIS students.Coordinates workshops, field trips, and activities to motivate students in the sciences to better prepare themselves for graduate or professional school.Oversees the annual budget and yearly programmatic accounts.FLSAExemptGrade07Salary DetailsMinimum Salary Mid Range Salary Maximum Salary Offer InformationThe final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position.
