Meta & Google PPC Ad Specialist – D2C Luxury & Home Brands
1 week ago
Overview
We're looking for a Meta & Google PPC Ad Specialist who lives at the intersection of creative strategy and data analytics. This person will own, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for our high-end direct-to-consumer brand, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Our ideal candidate understands not only the mechanics of Meta and Google Ads, but also the psychology of premium buyers, the visual language of high-end brands, and the nuances of creative testing that drive profitable scaling. Experience with furniture, home décor, or other considered-purchase categories is a plus.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) campaigns to meet CPA, ROAS, and growth targets.
- Manage budgets across platforms to maximize efficiency while maintaining brand standards and consistency.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for scaling or pivoting creative, targeting, or bid strategies.
- Develop A/B and multivariate tests for ad copy, creative, and audience segments.
- Drive creative development to align with trends to increase ROAS
2. Creative Strategy & Testing
- Build and manage design and content teams to concept, brief, and test ad creative (photo, video, UGC, and motion).
- Build creative testing frameworks to identify top-performing visual hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action.
- Translate performance data into actionable creative insights for future campaigns.
- Maintain a library of winning creatives with notes on insights and learnings for long-term growth.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Own campaign data from click to conversion — including pixel setup, tracking integrity, and attribution accuracy.
- Create weekly and monthly reports detailing performance, learnings, and growth recommendations.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Triple Whale, and Meta Ads Manager reporting to uncover customer trends and optimize funnel performance.
- Segment and analyze data by device, audience, geography, and creative type to uncover high-performing micro-trends.
4. Strategic Growth & Experimentation
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad formats — ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Develop hypotheses around audience targeting, messaging, and landing page experiences — then test and validate through structured experiments.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing and eCommerce teams to align paid strategy with organic, email, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
5. Product & Brand Understanding
- Immerse yourself in the brand voice and customer mindset — understanding what drives consideration and purchase in high-end, handmade, or design-led products.
- Craft campaigns that balance brand elevation with performance-driven execution.
- Maintain a deep awareness of competitor advertising strategies and industry benchmarks (furniture, home design, luxury goods).
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years managing Meta and Google Ads for D2C or eCommerce brands (high-consideration categories preferred).
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably while maintaining brand integrity.
- Strong command of creative testing methodologies and data interpretation.
- Expertise in Google Shopping, Performance Max, and dynamic product feeds.
- Comfort with Shopify, UTM tagging, Triple Whale, GA4 analytics, and multi-touch attribution models.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills; able to translate data into clear creative direction.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with high-end furniture, home goods, or luxury retail.
- Understanding of long purchase cycles and how to build full-funnel ad strategies that nurture consideration.
- Experience collaborating with design teams or agencies on photo/video ad creative.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
Why Join Us
- Be part of a growing American-made brand redefining craftsmanship and storytelling in the home furnishings space.
- Have direct ownership over high-impact ad budgets and the freedom to test bold ideas.
- Collaborate with a small, ambitious team that blends creativity, analytics, and authenticity to reach customers nationwide.
