Overview

We are seeking a
Manager, Advanced Analytics
to lead analytics initiatives and performance intelligence efforts. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics and digital tools to drive insights and value across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics use cases across enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with functional teams (e.g., merchandising, revenue management, HR) and technology partners to ensure analytics solutions are scalable and effective.
  • Conduct data mining, cleansing, manipulation, and consolidation from multiple sources.
  • Define necessary data elements and ensure proper acquisition for analytical models.
  • Build metrics and dashboards to track performance and demonstrate business impact.
  • Manage and guide associates, analysts, and business partners in the execution of analytics projects.
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Business).
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, strategic insights, finance, or related roles within corporate or professional services settings.
  • Strong proficiency in data manipulation, modeling, and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and data sources relevant to analytics.
  • Ability to identify business value drivers and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills using structured frameworks.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable working with technical and management teams.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in analytics or data-driven initiatives.
