Sales Manager / Sales Partner – Senior Home Care Services

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and connected Sales Manager or Sales Partner to help grow a trusted and well-established senior care business serving the greater Atlanta area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping seniors and families find reliable care — and who thrives in relationship-driven sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and secure new clients in need of in-home caregiving and senior placement services.
  • Represent the company professionally in networking events, healthcare forums, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute local marketing and outreach campaigns.
  • Track sales performance, referral conversions, and client satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within senior care, home health, healthcare staffing, or related services.
  • Existing network or contacts in the healthcare sector — including discharge planners, hospital liaisons, social workers, or caregivers — is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Must have the ability to generate new senior care clients through outreach, partnerships, and networking.

Compensation Options

  • Commission-based model — earn competitive commissions for every new client onboarded, or
  • Partnership opportunity — invest to become a minority shareholder in the business and earn profit shares based on performance and growth.
