What You'll Be Doing

  • Closing Deals: Conduct tours, identify business needs, and secure new memberships to maintain occupancy
  • Proactive Outreach: Generate and follow up on leads using various sales techniques
  • Building Relationships: Connect with local business leaders, attend events, and engage with potential clients
  • Tracking & Hitting KPIs: Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining follow-up standards and lead conversion rates
  • Driving Revenue Beyond Sales: Promote meeting room rentals, service upgrades, and other WorkLodge services
  • Leading by Example: Train and support team members to maintain a high standard of sales and customer service
  • Daily & Weekly Reporting: Provide insights on sales performance, occupancy trends, and opportunities for growth
  • Requires travel to all WorkLodge locations

What You Bring To The Table

  • Proven Sales Success: 3-5 years in a sales-driven role (retail sales management, hospitality, property management, or similar industries)
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can confidently pitch, negotiate, and close deals with business professionals
  • Self-Starter Mentality: You don't wait for direction—you find ways to bring in business
  • Experience with KPIs & CRM Tools: You know how to track and optimize performance using data
  • Passion for Community & Service: You love working with people and creating a positive business environment
