We're expanding rapidly across Texas and seeking an energetic, compassionate, and driven Sales Representative to join our team — someone who loves connecting with people and helping them take the first step toward better health.

Position Overview

The Sales Representative / Patient Coordinator will be responsible for following up with warm leads from our marketing campaigns, educating potential patients about our programs, and booking consultations at our clinics.

This is an opportunity to make a real impact while working in a positive, purpose-driven environment that rewards performance and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call, text, and follow up with all incoming leads promptly (no cold calling)
  • Qualify leads and schedule consultations with our medical team
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Learn and effectively communicate Live Well's treatment programs (GLP-1, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, IV drips, etc.)
  • Overcome objections with empathy and confidence using a consultative sales approach
  • Track and report conversion metrics to management
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient experience

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service (preferred)
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness industries
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong phone and text communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM software (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
