​Role Overview

​We are looking for a passionate Acting Coach/Instructor to lead dynamic classes in our dedicated studio space. You will focus entirely on student development, craft, and performance, while we handle all administrative duties, including student recruitment, enrollment, scheduling, and facility management.

​This is an ideal role for a working actor or seasoned coach who wants to teach without the overhead of running a business.

​Key Responsibilities

  • ​Curriculum Development: Design and lead engaging acting classes.
  • ​Student Mentorship: Provide constructive, professional feedback to students of varying skill levels to help them grow their craft.
  • ​Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and professional environment that encourages creative risk-taking.
  • ​Performance Evaluation: Monitor student progress and suggest adjustments to curriculum to meet the needs of the cohort.

​What We Provide

  • ​The Space: A professional environment for rehearsals and instruction in the heart of Brickell, Miami.
  • ​The Students: We manage all marketing, outreach, and student registration.
  • ​The Logistics: We handle billing, scheduling, and administrative communication with students.
  • ​Support: On-site facilitation to ensure classes run smoothly.

​Qualifications & Requirements

  • ​Industry Experience: Any background in professional acting (Stage, Film, or TV) is highly preferred.
  • ​Communication: Ability to articulate complex emotional and technical concepts to students clearly.
  • ​Reliability: Since this is a 1–2 day per week commitment, consistency and punctuality are vital.

​Compensation & Terms

  • ​Rate: $30-40 per hour (Rate agreed upon is based on experience level)
