 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Build strategic content calendars aligned with national + local marketing initiatives
  • Create engaging content (reels, static visuals, UGC, interactive formats)
  • Manage community engagement and strengthen brand loyalty
  • Launch innovative campaigns, contests, and trend-based content
  • Track analytics, interpret insights, and optimize performance for ROI
  • Manage Sprout Social and streamline social workflows
  • Build and maintain influencer relationships across all markets

Requirements

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years social media experience (hospitality or entertainment a plus)
  • Expert knowledge of all major platforms and their algorithms
  • Strong creative abilities + proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools
  • Advanced analytics experience (Google Analytics, platform insights)
  • Strategic thinker with excellent storytelling and brand voice mastery
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and handle reputation management professionally 

Additional Marketing Responsibilities

  • Expand and manage our digital asset library with photographers and vendors
  • Lead the gift card program (Givex, 99Minds, MTL, Costco, Incomm, Blackhawk)
  • Execute segmented email campaigns through Mailchimp
  • Manage nationwide marketing TV content scheduling
  • Support new store openings, events, and seasonal campaigns
