  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Ability to maintain and report out on budgets – before, during and after an event.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills with a track record of successfully executing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across teams, using strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive success.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $85,500 - $102,600 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?

The Sales Marketing Manager–Public Sector (Federal) will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful customer experiences—from tradeshows and networking events to thought leadership seminars. You'll partner closely with the Federal sales team to ensure event strategies align with business priorities, leveraging data and insights to guide decisions. Working collaboratively with marketing peers, you'll create engaging digital and in-person touchpoints that connect with customers before, during, and after events.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the planning, production and execution of exceptional customer experiences, including, but not limited to: tradeshows, networking events and thought leadership seminars.
  • Serve as a business partner to the Federal sales team – aligning event strategy to business priorities, while leveraging research, data and insights to guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing peers to deliver amazing digital and physical experiences – that engage customers before, during and after events, deepening consideration, and intent at every stage.
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEM technology partners and 3rd party vendors to produce high-quality and impactful events.
  • Bring a positive and creative mindset to work each day – energizing the team and helping drive business forward.
  • Provide onsite support, with up to 30% travel
