Responsible for filing, researching, tracking, retrieving, and maintaining a centralized filing system. Converts hard copy original documents into electronic files for the document management system; tracks, scans, and performs quality control of scanned documents. Ensures all necessary electronic and paper documents are readily accessible for internal and external customers. Performs data entry. Provides excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and by email. Maintains/operates a variety of office equipment; reads and assembles files in correct order.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of one (1) year of responsible office experience.

PREFERENCE FOR EXPERIENCE IN/WITH: Performing customer service in person, over the telephone, and by email (must specify on application); scanning hard copy paper documents (must specify on application); working with building plans; in records research; maintaining a computerized, centralized filling system; performing data entry and retrieval.
