Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Serve food and drinks to guests with professionalism and attention to detail - Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns - Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by anticipating their needs and promptly addressing any issues or requests - Process payments using cash register or POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Requirements - Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant POS systems - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Experience with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
