Founded in 1990, we specialize in scalable, secure technology that adapts to the ever-changing healthcare landscape.

We're looking for a Technical Account Manager who combines strong client-facing skills with solid technical ability. You'll lead implementations, train users on our Series 3000 platform, and work closely with developers and clients to optimize claims processing, data integration, and automation.

What You'll DoClient Relationship Management

· Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, providing responsive and knowledgeable support.

· Lead regular client meetings to review performance, open tickets, and upcoming deliverables.

· Translate client business needs into clear technical requirements for internal teams.

· Build long-term relationships focused on trust, transparency, and measurable results.

System Implementation & Training

· Manage new client implementations, from initial setup to go-live.

· Train clients on the Series 3000 system, including claims workflows, plan configuration, reporting, and file management.

· Validate configuration accuracy and ensure claims adjudication meets client specifications.

· Create and update training materials to improve client onboarding and knowledge retention.

Technical & Claims Expertise

· Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for claims processing logic, edits, and adjudication rules.

· Collaborate with developers to build, test, and troubleshoot EDI integrations (834, 837, 835, 277).

· Analyze data and identify opportunities for automation or system enhancements.

· Support ongoing quality control, performance monitoring, and compliance initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner with development, QA, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

· Provide timely updates and documentation on project milestones, issues, and resolutions.

· Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, helping shape internal processes and tools.

What You Bring

· 5+ years in healthcare claims administration, technical account management, or system implementation.

· Strong understanding of claims processing, EDI transactions, and healthcare data standards.

· Proficiency with SQL, data mapping, and system troubleshooting.

· Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).

· Experience with Series 3000 or similar claims systems preferred.

Pay: $60, $90,000.00 per year
