Key Responsibilities:

  • Install solar panels and related components according to project designs and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct assessments of installation sites to determine the best layout and design for solar systems.
  • Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations.
  • Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any issues to the supervision.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients throughout the installation process.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a solar installer or similar role in the construction field.
  • Familiarity with solar PV systems and electrical components.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of safety practices.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites as assigned.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
