Job Summary

Join our vibrant team of La Superba at 14425 Bustleton Ave is looking for Experienced Server, where your passion for hospitality meets the excitement of fine dining You'll play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, showcasing your culinary knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. With your expertise in food handling and restaurant operations, you'll ensure that every guest feels valued and delighted from the moment they arrive until their last bite.

What you'll do

  • Provide outstanding service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Utilize Aloha POS and Micros POS systems to accurately process orders and payments.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and grace.
  • Assist with bussing tables and supporting host/host duties as needed.
  • Uphold food safety regulations while managing food preparation tasks.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment with a strong understanding of guest services.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Preferred qualifications

  • Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus
  • Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Previous experience in the nightlife scene or nightclub settings is advantageous.
