The Staff TA Ops Specialist role is responsible for leading sophisticated projects and programs that transform Talent Acquisition (TA) operations through AI-powered tools, data intelligence, and process innovation. The focus is on enabling scalable recruiting workflows supported by technology and delivering actionable insights aligned with organizational goals. You will handle end-to-end project execution—planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress from initiation through delivery, while collaborating across teams and regions. The role may involve engaging external vendors and collaboration with technical partners, but its primary emphasis is on data analysis, visualization & insights, strategic program management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with TA leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track recruiter productivity, funnel health, and time-to-offer metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across TA systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate across teams and regions to align TA operations with global strategic teams and skills-based hiring initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Program/Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end recruiting programs, including planning, delivery, documentation, change adoption, and communication.
  • Familiarity with the recruiting lifecycle for all levels of recruitment (early-career, experienced, and executive)
  • Experience working in the talent acquisition space for new technologies and semiconductor industries
  • Recruiting Technology: Hands-on expertise with Workday TA process functions. Exposure to data analytics functions in Eightfold, Workday, Power BI, & Visier
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI & Automation: Experience supporting or implementing automation solutions in recruiting workflows; familiarity with GenAI tools is helpful.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to build, maintain, and present dashboards and reports to senior leadership, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Skilled at identifying areas for operational improvement, building effective processes, and leading cycles of feedback and revision.
  • Awareness of principles and methods (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) for facilitating organizational transitions and ability to apply them to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$107, $241,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
