Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Cellular Phone and PC/Laptop Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of devices and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair a variety of smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, etc.), tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

- Replace hardware components such as screens, batteries, motherboards, charging ports, keyboards, hard drives, etc.

- Troubleshoot software issues, perform factory resets, OS installations, data recovery, and virus/malware removal.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

- Keep workstation organized and maintain a clean, professional workspace.

- Stay updated with the latest industry tools, repair techniques, and device models.

- Provide clear communication to customers regarding diagnosis, repair options, and timelines.

- Manage inventory and request parts as needed.

Requirements:

1 - 2+ years of hands-on experience in mobile phone and PC/laptop repair.

- Proficient in both hardware and software diagnostics.

- Experience working with iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac OS.

- Strong soldering skills are a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, Apple Certified, etc.).
