Position Overview

The Front House Manager is the face and first impression of Element Five. This role blends hospitality, sales, and operations — greeting clients, managing front-end systems, driving membership sales, and creating a world-class client experience. You'll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, supporting the coaching team, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage all members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Conduct tours, consultations, and phone calls to convert leads into memberships.
  • Manage daily check-ins, session scheduling, and member accounts.
  • Handle new client inquiries, follow-up texts, emails, and lead tracking.
  • Maintain studio appearance and readiness — cleanliness, supplies, ambiance.
  • Support studio events, community initiatives, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the management and coaching teams to meet monthly sales and retention goals.
  • Assist with merchandise, retail sales, and inventory management.
  • Deliver a "WOW" client experience — every time.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, or sales (preferred).
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
  • Comfortable learning studio software and managing administrative tasks.
  • Availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as needed.
