Job Description:

We are seeking polished, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agents to join our team in Sunny Isles. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, assist residents and guests, and ensure smooth front desk operations for a luxury residential environment. AM and PM shifts are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents and guests in a courteous, professional manner
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and access approvals
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and other departments
  • Maintain an organized and presentable front desk area
  • Handle package logging and notifications
  • Assist with amenity reservations and general service requests
  • Address concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow building procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk, concierge, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficient with basic computer systems; building management software a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work AM or PM shifts
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
