Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service team to join our the Springs Country Club team as Servers, Assistant Servers, and valet attendants. In these roles, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting with food presentation or , serving meals, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Some of these positions are included in our Service Charge pool

Duties

  • Prepare and serve food items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Follow all food & beverage safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of food served.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when required and maintain proper cash handling procedures.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others as needed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Join us in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while working in a supportive team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
