Role Description
This is a
commission-only
position designed for someone who:
- Loves talking to people
- Is comfortable making outreach calls
- Knows how to follow a script and still sound natural
- Can generate warm leads and build relationships
- Is self-motivated and enjoys the thrill of closing opportunities
- Wants the flexibility to earn based on performance
You will engage HR leaders, nonprofit executives, business owners, and corporate teams about our
Leadership Wellness & Corporate Culture
programs.
Responsibilities
- Make targeted outreach calls to HR teams, executives, and decision-makers
- Generate leads and schedule calls for our CEO and consulting team
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
- Track outreach activity and pipeline progress
- Represent JLM with professionalism, confidence, and purpose
Ideal Experience
(Not required, but a plus)
- Sales or business development
- Telemarketing or customer outreach
- CRM or lead-tracking experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- A results-driven, "work-to-eat" mindset
Qualifications
- Experience with Market Research, Lead Generation, and identifying client pain points
- Expertise in sales strategies, client acquisition, and building lasting professional relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adhere to project timelines
- Knowledge of business processes related to organizational development and team restructuring
- Proven ability to work with mid-to-enterprise-level companies, preferably in culturally responsive consulting environments
- Experience in implementing tailored strategies to address organizational challenges is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
