ISN is seeking a Quality Control Manager to provide and ensure quality control for a large loan servicing government contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing mortgage servicing related quality control management to a large mortgage servicing program.
  • Executing mortgage review test plans.
  • Developing remediation strategies to ensure accuracy and quality and to mitigate potential losses.

Qualifications:

  • Must have Reverse Mortgage Servicing Related Quality Control Experience
  • Experience at the Management level, running and guiding the quality control for a large mortgage servicing program or project.
  • Experience developing metrics for and ensuring the level of servicing quality and solutions to meet the program's service level objectives.
  • Experience providing remediation to ensure accuracy and quality and to mitigate potential losses.

*Preferred experience within the last three years
