Boutique law firm located in the Financial District is seeking a Litigation Paralegal. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team and provide critical support to our attorneys in all phases of the litigation process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
  • Manage and maintain case files, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Assist with document production, deposition preparation, and trial binders.
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
  • Maintain attorney calendars and deadlines.
  • Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
  • Assist in trial preparation and attend trials when necessary.
