ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I began my career with State Farm right out of college as a team member in 2009. After working hard, learning the business, and proving myself, I earned the opportunity to open my own agency in 2013. I became an agent because I truly believe in State Farm's mission — to be there for people on their worst day and help them protect and pursue their dreams.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alan Naguit - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.


Compensation: $40, $50,000.00 per year
