Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager

The Sales Representative/Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with our clients. Keen strategic thinking, commitment, and communication skills are must-haves for this position.
Responsibilities:
- This role entails selling construction services
- Increase client-base by identifying potential leads, crafting proposals, and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Exhibit thorough understanding of our company and its offerings while consistently demonstrating its value to not only current but potential clients.
- Build contact lists of potential leads
- Cold calling
- Bring deals to close.
- Produce proposals for customers.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role is crucial.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proven track record of success.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to pitch to both small and large audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and maintain attention to detail.
