, you'll own the entire sales process from first touch to handoff, creating an incredible first impression for prospective clients and ensuring they move seamlessly through our systems.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and the operational backbone that keeps our sales pipeline running smoothly. This is a
full ownership
role, not a support assistant. You'll run the entire sales department: from discovery calls to proposals to follow-up to successful handoff to project teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales (60%)
- Handle all inbound inquiries. You are the first impression of Ampersand
- Lead discovery calls with prospective clients (calls are already booked for you)
- Qualify leads based on fit, budget, and project type
- Input all lead information into our CRM
- Create and send polished proposals and contracts
- Manage follow-ups, nurturing sequences, and warm lead outreach
- Track and update pipeline metrics weekly
- Book clients into the appropriate brand, design, photo, or social teams
- Communicate internally to ensure seamless handoff between sales and delivery teams
Administrative + Executive Support (40%)
- Manage the main inbox and reply to client emails professionally and promptly
- Input new clients into Asana and Dubsado
- Keep CRM, project dashboards, and folders updated and organized
- Assist the CEO with light EA duties (scheduling, reminders, follow-up tasks)
- Coordinate team communication around project kickoff steps
- Support occasional tech setup tasks for digital products, funnels, or automations (optional, not required)
- Maintain clear notes, processes, and documentation
- Ensure clients feel confident, supported, and excited before project kickoff

IDEAL EXPERIENCE + SKILLSET
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, client services, admin management, or similar
- Naturally warm communicator with strong client-facing experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent at follow-through
- Confident, clear communicator who asks smart questions — but not
all
the questions
- Tech savvy; experience with any CRM (Dubsado, Hubspot, Honeybook, etc.)
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly (Asana, Slack, Google Workspace)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Able to take a project from start → finish without being micromanaged
- Confident making decisions within your role and owning your outcomes
