    Primary Responsibilities

    The Sr. Analyst, Learning & Development, of Partner Excellence will support the Manager of Partner Excellence to execute projects at the intersection of Strategy & Transformation. This role will collaborate with but not limited to: Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, IT, Finance, Strategy & Category Management. This role will primarily support the development of the Supply Chain team, continued education related to their day-to-day tools & knowledge. This position will support the manager of Learning & Development to deliver strategic trainings, process documentations & instructional lead experiences to improve & transform the way Supply Chain does business.     Essential Functions

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supports activities at the intersection of Strategy and Transformation; including but not limited to programs related to Supply Chain business process, continuous improvement, strategy design, Operational Excellence, M&A's, etc.
    • Drive for Results: Leverages solid business judgment to ensure recommendations can be executed successfully and risks managed through identification, assessment and implementation of process improvement programs to support critical Business Transformation initiatives.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with but not limited to leaders & team members from Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, IT, Business Development, Finance, Strategy, Category Management, etc. teams to align on key business priorities
    • New Employee Success: Supports Partner Excellence Manager with new Employee learning & development by supporting new hire experience. Support and implement appropriate methods for learning and development.
    • Process Optimization: Support the lifecycle of projects and documentation. Conduct interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs), super users, and cross functional partners to understand how their processes work.
    • Create Business SOP's (standard Operating Procedures) and multi-discipline Playbooks, Instructional aids, LMS (Learning Management System) courses, and builds metric methods to ensure process discipline and adherence to outlined standards of work.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned
