Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Senior Financial Analyst – Naperville, IL Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + discretionary bonus Work Setting: Fully onsite About The Company A well-established global technology and manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic finance initiatives. The company provides advanced solutions across multiple industries, including telecommunications, data communications, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, and medical sectors. The Opportunity The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with business and operational stakeholders to optimize capital investments, support new product development, and contribute to overall financial strategy. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Senior Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities Partner with business and operations teams on capital investments and capacity expansions. Provide actionable recommendations to maximize returns and secure leadership approvals. Identify opportunities for profit growth, process improvement, and enhanced decision-making. Support monthly close and forecast reporting related to product development spend and capital investment. Coach stakeholders on economic thinking and proper financial treatment of projects. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, including strategic initiatives such as make vs. buy and plant expansion decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. 3+ years of professional finance or accounting experience; experience with strategic decision-making is a plus. Polished, professional presentation and clean, detailed resume. Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or data platforms (SAP, Snowflake, OneStream, Power BI) preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
