Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a secretary
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in general office duties
- Experience working with students preferred
- Experience with Business Plus preferred
- Ability to coordinate and process data in a timely, accurate manner; strong analytic skills
- Self-directed and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with sensitive material in a confidential manner
- Team player
Essential Functions:
- Answer phones and direct callers or take messages
- Maintain student CA-60 records, mail them upon request
- Prepare new student files for schedule creation, obtain records
- Add/drop students at Mott; follow up with parent
- Maintain data for entering and exiting students
- Prepare/facilitate new student enrollment-data entry into SRM
- Maintain schedule changes
- Graduation verification for prior students
- Process requests for student transcripts
- Maintain student medical plan of care forms
- Count day reporting
- Assist students and Counselors
- Locker assignments for all students
- Monitor excessive student absences and assist truancy officer
- Immunization reporting to MCIR for vaccinations
- GAD reporting
- Filing
- All other duties as assigned

MESPA I Master Agreement, Classification III
New Hires: Starting Salary $ $22.46 (Based on qualifications and experience)
