What You'll Do

  • Learn and apply key skills in sales, marketing, and customer engagement

  • Assist management with daily operations, scheduling, and team coordination

  • Support event marketing and promotional campaigns in high-traffic locations

  • Lead by example — motivate and coach newer team members

  • Help track sales performance and contribute to growth strategies

  • Prepare for advancement into Assistant Manager and Management roles within 6–12 months
