We are currently seeking a full time Warranty Clerk / Parts clerk to assist our service technicians with the back office procedures of the warranty claims process. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, energetic, positive minded, hardworking, able to multi-task, fast learning and have a high level of computer competency and organizational skills.

The hours are Monday Through Friday, 8am to 5 pm. Excellent Attendance is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete and file necessary documentation to manufactures for each warranty claim.
  • Contact Manufactures to collect payment for unpaid claims.
  • Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Order Parts needed for service and repairs.
  • Retrieves parts turned in by technicians, categorizes those parts, and stores parts for later recovery

Requirements:

  • Must Be 18 years old
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Warranty experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
  • Excellent attendance and arriving on time are a must

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay based on experience level'
