Inbound Support Coordinator (Temporary)

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Level: Hourly (level 3)

Company/Division: Do it Best - Logistics

Reporting to position: Inbound Operations Manager

Hours: Part-time (flexible)

About the Role:

Supports daily operations of logistics inbound transportation, vendor compliance, and small parcels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides vendor compliance email response support
  • Provides vendor compliance backup doc support
  • Provides vendor compliance data support
  • Provides inbound delivery track and trace support
  • Provides supply and pallet order processing support
  • Provides international invoice data entry support
  • Provides manual claim entry and communication support

Education and Experience:

  • High School/GED Equivalent
  • Must be Computer Literate
  • Google Sheets and or Excel Knowledge
