Talent Management Partner

The Talent Management Partner will perform full-cycle recruitment activities, build positive working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers, and implement and communicate proactive recruitment strategies to reduce vacancy rates and time-to-fill.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other related field
- Three (3) years' progressive experience with full-cycle recruiting/sourcing in a healthcare setting. Five (5) years of progressive experience with full-cycle recruiting in a healthcare setting will be considered in lieu of education.
- Familiarity with the use of social media and job boards and how it relates to talent attraction
- Strong computer skills
- Experience navigating dynamic and diverse environments, and able to adapt accordingly
- Ability to quickly self-educate and become an expert in various healthcare recruiting niches
- Highly motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask with strong follow-up and follow-through skills
- Strong organization and time management skills, as well as the ability to balance several priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five years of allied health/clinical recruitment experience
- SPHR or PHR certification
- Experience with high-volume Applicant Tracking Systems, Infor, Google, data management, and record-keeping
- Proven success in placing top talent, building pipelines, and effectively developing relationships with hiring managers
