We're Leaky's. We do plumbing and HVAC. We need a salesperson who isn't afraid to work, hear "no" a lot, and still keep dialing.

This is not customer service. This is sales.

What the job really is:
  • Cold calling 1.5–2 hours every day
  • Following up until you get a yes or a hard no
  • Walking into businesses cold and introducing yourself
  • Meeting with homeowners and businesses in person
  • Quoting jobs and getting signatures
  • Turning one-time repairs into long-term accounts

You'll be talking to:
  • Homeowners
  • Property managers
  • Churches
  • Restaurants
  • Doctors' offices
  • Apartments
  • Pretty much anyone who needs help with plumbing, A/C, heating, or water treatment.

Who we're actually looking for
  • You can hear "no" 10–12 times and keep going
  • You don't need hand-holding or someone to babysit your schedule
  • You're comfortable walking into a business with no appointment
  • You show up on time, follow up, and don't vanish on people
  • You want to make real money and aren't scared to work for it
Money
  • Average reps: around $70K
  • Top reps: $180K+
  • No cap on earnings

We're not looking for someone who wants to "try" sales for a few months. We want someone who wants to build a real sales career and grow with us. If you bring grit and discipline, we'll teach you the rest.
