Office Facilities and Technical Services Manager – Onsite role

Location: 10913 S River Front Pkwy, Suite 200; South Jordan, UT 84095

Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5PM

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Facilities & Technical Services Management

Manage facilities across multiple OOCL locations in North AmericaFacilitate property lease negotiations and oversee space planning Lead office renovation, relocation, and expansion projectsOversee and participate in the negotiation of technical services contracts and office technical needsOrganize and maintain security protocols for all locations Ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental health and safety standards

Financial & Administrative Oversight

Develop and manage facilities and IT budgetsOversee purchasing and vendor managementProcess and approve capital expenditure requestsApprove and ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of vendor invoices

HR Support

Assist with compliance, workforce planning, and organizational developmentSupport performance management and policy implementation

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with internal teams and external vendorsProvide guidance and support for office services and technical administrative functionsOccasional travel required for site visits and project oversight

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or related fieldMinimum 3+ years of experience in facilities management or corporate servicesStrong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management toolsHighly organized with strong time management skillsAbility to manage complex workloads and multiple prioritiesOccasional travel required
